Delivery of Freight within Auckland:
PBT continues to work hard to minimise disruptions to the movement of our customers’ freight through the current Level 3 restrictions in Auckland.
To assist us, it is important that customers sending freight into or within Auckland check to ensure that the receiver of your freight is open and able to accept deliveries.
PBT has limited storage capacity at our Auckland depot and would appreciate your help with this as we work through this challenging period.
Delays at the entry and exit points of the Auckland border are causing significant disruption to our line-haul fleet schedules.
This is leading to flow on effects around the timely delivery of freight both within Auckland and across our national network. In some instances this may mean delivery delays of between 24- 48 hours across our courier and transport services.
We apologise for any disruption this may be causing within your business and appreciate your understanding and patience.
